How do I contact Technical Support?

I think my unit needs repair. How can I request a return merchandise authorization (RMA)?
You can request an RMA by filling out a service return form and clicking submit. An RMA will be created for you within 24 hours.
What are your hours of operation?
The Technical Support team is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time (EST/EDT).
Will my Evident XRF software work with Windows 10 systems?
Yes, Vanta™ software is compatible with Windows 10. The DELTA™ software requires that Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC) is installed on the PC as a way to run the Delta unit thru the PC
Does it cost anything to get additional training after the initial installation?
Free training can be conducted on site at any point during the unit’s lifetime. Contact your local sales representative to arrange training.
How do I complete my radiation safety training?
Contact our Technical support team at 877-225-8380 or at ANI.TechnicalSupport@evidentscientific.com to get the registration code to access the radiation safety training. You can access our RAD Safety Quick Start Guide here
